Choose the city location, not the airport
Marrakech Downtown and Marrakech Airport (RAK) are different pickup choices. Start the rental on the date you actually need the car and select the location that matches your plans.
Use the city meeting point confirmed for your booking. This page does not promise a walk-in office, a particular address or free delivery to your hotel.
Agree the practical collection details
Check your pickup contact and meeting instructions before collection. If your accommodation has restricted vehicle access, ask about a practical meeting location.
Any separately arranged delivery or collection service may carry a fee. Confirm the arrangement and review the total before booking rather than assuming it is included.
Pay at pickup without a credit card
For a direct pay-on-arrival booking with optional paid Complete Protection, no credit card is required and payment can be made by debit card or cash. Complete Protection removes the deposit and is available to eligible drivers aged 23–71.
The protection package is paid separately as part of your quote. Prepaid bookings still require online card payment. Review the available protection choices and the full total before confirming.
Return downtown or choose your departure airport
If you collect in the city and finish at Marrakech Airport, select the airport as your return location. Do not leave Downtown selected when you intend to return at the airport.
